Security Lead - Contractor

Position Summary and Objective 

The Security Lead will support the Security Manager in all operational aspects, ensuring compliance, and maintaining a safe environment. This will be an in person position Sunday-Thursday located at 3 manufacturing locations in Northern Israel. This position might include occasional international travel as well.
 

Essential Functions and Responsibilities 

•  Team Management:
  • Train and lead the local security team.
  • Conduct regular performance assessments.
  • Foster a cohesive and efficient team.
• Security Operations:
  • Perform security controls, audits, and exercises.
  • Implement and enforce security procedures.
  • Respond to emergencies promptly.
• Intelligence and Recruitment:
  • Gather intelligence and assess threats.
  • Conduct employee reliability checks.
  • Interview potential candidates.
• Emergency Preparedness:
  • Maintain competence through regular exercises.
  • Implement emergency procedures.
  • Be available for irregular hours, including weekends.
• Incident Investigations:
  • Investigate security incidents thoroughly.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders.
• Policy Implementation:
  • Ensure proper application of security procedures.
  • Monitor compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in the security industry (prior law enforcement, military, or high-level private security background)

• Experience in leading a security team preferred

• Strong judgment, discretion, and interpersonal communication skills 

• Professional appearance and demeanor 
   

Position Type and Schedule  

• Full-Time (FT)
• Sunday - Thursday
• In-person position located in Northern Israel 
• Potential international travel as required
