Based in Tel Aviv, we develop cutting-edge software that predicts and prevents traffic congestion in real time. Our mission: to reduce traffic’s impact on people and the planet by improving traffic flow, reducing emissions, and helping cities prioritize clean and efficient mobility.

Today, ITC manages millions of vehicles daily, and our systems are already reducing traffic jams in live deployments.

We’re hiring a software engineer with strong AI coding skills to join our R&D team and build the future of smart mobility.

This is a full-time, on-site position in Tel Aviv. The ideal candidate is a fast-moving, product-focused developer who loves solving real-world problems with AI — and uses Cursor AI daily as part of their workflow.

• Develop and maintain AI-driven software components
• Use Cursor AI as a core part of your development process
• Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and other engineers
• Deploy scalable solutions to improve traffic flow, detection, and optimization
• Build production-grade systems that impact cities across the globe

✅ Strong coding skills and hands-on experience building production-level software

✅ Proficient in Python, with clean, maintainable code practices

✅ Cursor AI experience is required – we’ll evaluate this as part of the interview

✅ Comfortable working in high-pressure, fast-paced startup environments

✅ Excellent communication skills and team mindset

➕ Background in machine learning, computer vision, or data infrastructure

➕ Experience with back-end or DevOps tools

➕ Passion for solving real-world, city-scale challenges
