🌍 We’re Hiring: Statutory Planning Consultant (Infrastructure Projects) 🌍

Are you passionate about shaping Israel’s infrastructure and navigating the fascinating world of statutory planning and regulation?

We’re expanding our team and looking for a Statutory Planning Consultant to join a leading infrastructure project that’s redefining the country’s connectivity and urban development.

What you’ll do:

You’ll take part in steering statutory planning processes — from early-stage planning through to final approvals.

You’ll liaise with government authorities, planning committees, and multidisciplinary teams, while preparing professional reports, opinions, and planning-related documents.

This role combines strategic thinking, analytical precision, and a deep understanding of Israel’s planning and building ecosystem.

What we’re looking for:

🎓 Academic background in Law / Architecture / Real Estate Appraisal / Urban Planning.

📅 At least 5 years of professional experience in statutory planning — including plan review, submission, or promotion.

📑 Proven experience preparing statutory opinions or professional reports (preferably in infrastructure or transportation projects).

🏛 Strong knowledge of Israel’s Planning and Building Law and construction licensing procedures.
