Technical Project Manager

As a Technical Project Manager at Vi, you’ll be at the forefront of driving measurable impact—owning the strategy and execution behind product performance to ensure our Enterprise clients hit and exceed their KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

• Performance Reporting & Optimization – Serve as the primary lead of performance across Enterprise clients, proactively strategizing & communicating all gaps and optimizations to the R&D team.
• Pilot Onboarding & Execution – Lead the Onboarding process for all POCs, proactively ensure and communicate feasible deadlines based on technical know-how and internal collaboration, and validate clear measurement methodology and success metrics for full team alignment.
• Client Requirements Translation & Internal Activation – Serve as the connective tissue between clients / Account Management and internal stakeholders by capturing specific customer requirements and translating them into actionable inputs for the R&D team.
• Data Analysis & Strategy – Analyze data to design optimal capture structures, inform model training, and provide technical input that drives performance improvements.

• Data-Driven Problem Solver with Sharp Analytical Acumen
• Skillset Advantages – Skilled across Python, SQL, & Jira, with an understanding of ML models, API integrations, AWS and big data.
• Enterprise Client Management Expertise – Proven ability to facilitate performance-based partnerships, with demonstrated experience navigating complex needs and high-caliber outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
• Cross-Functional Project Management – Demonstrated ability to serve as a strategic liaison between client-facing teams and technical teams (e.g., Data Science, Engineering), translating business goals into actionable product and data requirements.
• Establish clear communication channels to convey deadlines, performance optimizations, and product needs, while proactively flagging areas for improvement and ensuring alignment across teams to drive optimal outcomes.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or another technical field Or Proven experience in data-driven/analytical roles.
