Job Description:

• Full responsibility for managing the organization’s IT risk domain: mapping, assessment, monitoring, and control of technological risks.
• Leading annual risk mapping processes, including preparation of reports and risk scenarios for management.
• Ongoing collaboration with Information Security, Cyber, Regulation, and Control teams.
• Managing risks during specification, development, and implementation stages.
• Developing and implementing methodologies, tools, and procedures for identifying, measuring, and managing IT risks.
• Managing actual risk events (Risk Treatment) and monitoring projects according to defined procedures and tasks within the risk management domain.
• Supporting managerial decision-making processes related to technological and business exposure, and providing periodic risk reports to management and stakeholders.
• Providing risk management support for major technological projects, including working closely with project managers.
• Building work plans and analyzing planned vs. actual execution.
• Hybrid position.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience in managing and controlling technological projects.
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in IT Risk Management / Information Security / IT Audit.
• Familiarity with international risk management methodologies.
• Deep understanding of IT and cloud environments, including infrastructure management, integrations, and core systems.
• Strong analytical skills, systemic thinking, and the ability to bridge between technical and managerial stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications such as ISO Risk Manager, CRISC, or CISA.
• Experience in IT / Cyber / Infrastructure auditing.
• Experience in implementing risk management methodologies or procedures within organizations.
• Experience with risk management tools and infrastructure.
• Experience producing risk reports and presenting findings to senior management.
• Relevant academic degree.
