!We’re Hiring: Senior Digital Project Manager!
IDEA Digital is looking for a skilled Senior Digital Project Manager ready to lead teams and manage end-to-end digital projects at a strategic level.
What you’ll do:
- Manage digital projects from requirements gathering to delivery.
- Define system specifications and write business & technical requirement documents.
- Coordinate between Development, UX, and Customer Success teams.
- Enhance the digital user experience.
- Lead initiatives that shape the company’s digital operations.
Key Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in project/product management (digital preferred) – required.
- Strong ability to connect business needs with technical solutions – required.
- Experience in writing requirement documents – required.
- Team management experience – significant advantage.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree – advantageous.
📍 Full-time, hybrid role – based in Lod, Israel.
