The Opportunity

We are building a stealth-mode venture at the intersection of AI, data intelligence, and personalized commerce. Our mission is to transform digital creativity into real, on-demand physical products.

This is a chance to define a new product category by building the core technology: a fully scalable platform where personalization, automation, and commerce merge seamlessly.

You will join experienced entrepreneurs with a successful exit and have significant international partners already engaged. We are looking for a hands-on technical partner to own the full technical vision, from AI architecture and data intelligence to complex integrations and global-scale systems.

We are not looking for an employee. We are looking for a Co-Founder who can lead from the front, thrive on execution, and act as a true owner of the technology.

Your Experience:

• Hands-on Depth in AI & Data Intelligence: Proven ability to architect and lead the full cycle - from concept and experimentation to global-scale deployment.
• Execution-Focused Leader: You build, iterate, and make things happen. You prioritize measurable execution over high-level strategy alone.
• Business Aligned: You know how to work with customers and business partners to align technology with tangible business growth and market demands.
• Team Builder: Experience in building, managing, and mentoring high-performance development teams, fostering accountability and excellence.
• System Thinker: Deep understanding of integrations, automation, and platform growth as a cohesive, single ecosystem.
• (Bonus) 3D Model Workflows: Experience with 3D models, gaming, digital assets, or interactive product design is a significant advantage.

The ideal partner brings the hands-on technical depth to design and lead the full journey—from early proof-of-concept to global scalability and reliability.

Specifically, you will:

• Generative AI & Advanced Modeling: Architect, build, and scale sophisticated Generative AI systems (e.g., Diffusion Models) designed to translate complex user data and design inputs into high-fidelity, production-grade creative outputs and proprietary digital assets.
• Data Intelligence Pipelines: Architect end-to-end data intelligence pipelines, connecting user behavior and complex design parameters to measurable results, predictive modeling, and continuous system learning.
• System Architecture: Design and implement high-performance, scalable AI infrastructures utilizing automated workflows, microservices, and API-driven architectures to support global scale.
• Integration & Automation: Integrate AI-driven decision layers into the broader product and commerce ecosystem, enabling automation, hyper-personalization, and seamless scalability across all platform functions.
• Performance & Quality: Define and implement robust training, optimization, monitoring, and quality frameworks to ensure real-time responsiveness, cost-efficiency, and continuous performance improvement.
• Leadership & Delivery: Lead AI and engineering teams, expertly balancing cutting-edge experimentation, rapid iteration, and reliable, large-scale delivery.
