Recruiter (Part-Time)

MARS Antennas, a global leader in RF and antenna design and manufacturing, is seeking a skilled and motivated HR Recruiter to join our family business on a part-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions, from production staff to senior hardware and electronics roles
• Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and define role requirements
• Source, interview, and assess candidates to ensure strong professional and cultural fit
• Maintain recruitment pipelines and candidate databases
• Support additional HR tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Proven experience in recruitment for both technical/hardware/electronics positions and manufacturing/production roles
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Independent, organized, and detail-oriented
• Excellent English and Hebrew – both written and spoke
• Availability for part-time work (on-site in Holon, flexible hours).
