A leading renewable energy company specializing in design, planning, and project management is seeking a Project Manager to oversee contractors and ensure successful project execution from concept to completion.
Location: Hod Hasharon
Scope: Full-time, includes fieldwork at client sites across Israel
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage projects throughout all stages — from sales support and system specification to implementation and delivery
- Prepare technical drawings and plans in Visio, read and interpret CAD files
- Supervise fieldwork and coordinate subcontractors (mechanical, electrical, and control systems)
- Collaborate directly with clients and ensure high-quality execution
- Manage integration of multidisciplinary systems (mechanical, electrical, control)
Requirements:
- Mechanical Technician / Practical Engineer / Mechanical Engineer – required
- Proven experience in project management and supervision, preferably in renewable energy, heat pumps, chillers, water circulation systems, electrical, or control systems
- Hands-on field experience and strong technical understanding
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
