Salesforce Administrator- Join a Strategic Implementation Project

A leading and stable software house in Central Israel is looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join a major, long-term Salesforce implementation project for a large government organization.

This is a permanent, full-time position based at the company’s offices in Or Yehuda (not at the client site).

You’ll be part of a small, growing team responsible for building and shaping the Salesforce environment from the ground up.

It’s not a routine admin role- you’ll take an active part in implementing new processes, configuring complex solutions, and helping define the system’s long-term architecture.

Perfect for someone with a few years of Salesforce experience who’s ready to take the next step and grow quickly in a stable, tech-driven company.

What you’ll do:

• Configure and customize Salesforce according to business needs.
• Analyze workflows and translate requirements into functional solutions.
• Build and maintain Flows, Validation Rules, Reports, and Dashboards.
• Collaborate closely with developers, QA, and infrastructure teams.
• Provide ongoing user support and training.

This is a full-time, On-site in Or Yehuda (non-hybrid).

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator / Implementer - must.
• Experience with Service Cloud or Public Sector Solutions - advantage.
• Solid understanding of users, profiles, permissions, and objects.
• Familiarity with Experience Cloud, SFDX, and GIT - strong advantage.
• English at a good level, curiosity, and great interpersonal skills.

Bonus points for:

• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, App Builder).
• Experience in government or large-scale implementations.
• Basic knowledge of Apex or integrations with external systems.
