Bank Clearing Center, a leading player in Israel’s FinTech industry, is looking for a hands-on Product Manager to lead end-to-end product ownership in the fast-growing world of digital payments.

💡 What you’ll do:

Own the full product lifecycle – from strategy and roadmap to launch and KPI measurement

Lead the development of complex financial solutions and payment infrastructures

Collaborate closely with R&D, Architecture, DevOps, InfoSec, and Business teams

Drive market analysis, identify new opportunities, and define a long-term roadmap

Manage regulatory interfaces and ensure compliance with financial standards

🎯 What we’re looking for:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

3+ years of Product Management experience (at least 1 in FinTech / Payments / Banking)

Strong business acumen and understanding of financial models & L&P ownership

Technical proficiency – ability to read API specs and work with complex systems

Experience working in Agile environments

✨ Big plus:

Experience with payment systems (SWIFT, SEPA, ACH, Faster Payments, Masav), background in software development, or FinTech regulatory expertise.
