About the Role:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a SMT+ NPI Manager, located in either Yokneam Ilit or Kfar Saba, depending on the candidate’s preference.
The Technology and NPI Manager will be responsible for overseeing SMT technology operations and managing NPI activities. Day-to-day tasks will include ensuring efficient performance of technology infrastructure, collaborating with other departments to address technical needs, and ensuring timely project delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills
- In-depth knowledge and experience in SMT Technology
- Proficiency in NPI Management and supervision
- Team leadership capabilities
- Experience in PCB Development
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Excellent English
