AI Content Director

We are Botika, a fast-growing generative AI startup transforming how online retailers create and use visual content. With 1000s of paying customers and millions in ARR, we’re scaling fast and have raised $18M to date.

We are building the creative backbone of eCommerce, powered by proprietary foundation models — a full-stack platform where teams can plan, create, deploy, and optimize visual content in real time.

We are looking for a proven AI Content Director with a track record of delivering high-quality, real-world visual projects. In this role, you will push the boundaries of AI-driven image generation, collaborating closely with our research and product teams to design, test, and scale innovative workflows. You will join a team of experts in generative AI, engineering, and product, working at the forefront of AI creativity in fashion and design.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional experience in fashion, with a deep understanding of trends, terminology, and aesthetics
• 3+ years of Photoshop or equivalent professional image-editing experience
• Proven track record of delivering real-world visual projects using AI tools (not just experiments or university projects)
• Hands-on experience with multiple AI-driven visual tools and workflows
• Exceptional eye for detail, visual quality, realism, and style

Optional / Nice-to-Have:

• Deep experience with ComfyUI and node-based pipelines for advanced image generation
• Up-to-date knowledge of open-source AI tools and community modules, with a habit of testing and adopting new releases
