System Engineer

We are seeking a System Engineer to join our R&D team and contribute to the development of advanced electro-optical measurement systems used in microelectronics manufacturing processes. This role involves working on all aspects of system design (electronics and physics) throughout the development lifecycle, as well as providing support for existing products and customer applications (OEMs and microelectronics manufacturers).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead system-level definitions:,Define system requirements, working with customers/agents/suppliers to ensure alignment with application needs
• Design system architecture with consideration of performance, cost, serviceability, compliance, and other constraints
• Develop work plans across multiple disciplines (software, optics, electronics, etc.)
• Write and maintain product structure (BOM), user manuals, and integration guides for manufacturing teams
• Develop and test prototypes, including system performance evaluation
• Provide support for existing products, including performance analysis, failure investigation, and proposing improvements
• Analyze experimental results and customer feedback
• Participate in system installations and provide technical support
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to prepare marketing materials, support customer visits, demonstrations, and participate in industry exhibitions

Requirements:

• 3+ years of industrial experience in leading multidisciplinary product development, including full system definition covering physics/electronics/optics/mechanics/software
• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on electro-optics, or a Master’s/Ph.D. in Physics
• High-level English proficiency (written and spoken)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
