Job Description:

• Lead and manage the development team in a company specializing in factoring and commercial credit.
• Oversee the full development lifecycle — from gathering business requirements, shaping technical solutions, through delivery to production.
• Collaborate closely with the QA team and support the testing process.
• Conduct code reviews and write technical specifications aligned with the solution design and functional requirements.
• Investigate system issues and provide support to end users.
• Manage and understand processes in systems integrated with AS400.
• Manage external vendors and work with system, infrastructure, and information security teams.

Requirements:

• Proven leadership skills and at least 4 years of experience managing a development team – must.
• Proficiency in reading and understanding RPG / RPGLE / RPG4 code – must.
• Experience in designing and building cross-organizational technical solutions.
• Experience writing technical specifications.
• Experience leading projects in a technological environment.
• Strong interface management, leadership, and team motivation skills.
• Knowledge of AS400 configuration and system – advantage.
• Familiarity with financial and accounting processes – advantage.
• Service-oriented mindset and strong system-wide perspective.
