We are seeking an experienced and technically proficient CTV Video Ad Operations Manager to lead the strategic integration and onboarding of our CTV video initiatives.
This role is ideal for a candidate with deep expertise in video ad technologies, including comprehensive knowledge of VAST and open RTB integrations. You will serve as the technical authority, adept at diagnosing and resolving complex video-related issues to ensure seamless campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the integration and onboarding processes for all CTV video activities across multiple platforms with our CTV Video Ad Server.
- Implement and manage VAST, open RTB and Prebid integrations, ensuring compatibility and functionality.
- Troubleshoot non-functional integrations, including setting parameters and macros, reviewing real time requests and responses logs, and validating data.
- Proactively monitor and analyze data metrics to identify optimization opportunities and achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Regularly communicate with existing Demand partners to understand inventory demands and market trends, strategically planning to maximize overall revenue.
- Maintain a strong understanding of industry protocols and standards in the CTV video field.
- Optimize ads.txt and sellers.json to enhance ad performance and collaboration efforts.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in CTV video ad operations, specifically with VAST integration.
- Strong technical knowledge of CTV video ad protocols and standards.
- Expertise in troubleshooting CTV video ad tags and related issues.
- Familiarity with multiple CTV video DSP and SSP platforms, their demand types, and integration constraints.
- Proficiency in optimizing ads.txt and sellers.json.
- Experience with site retargeting and conversion pixel implementation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Experience with Prebid header-bidding and open RTB.
- Understanding of ad verification tools such as Human, Pixalate and DoubleVerify.
- Familiarity with other CTV video ad standards and protocols such as VPAID, VMAP, and MRAID.
- Knowledge of platforms like Google Ad Manager, FreeWheel, Pubmatic, Magnite and Xandr.
- Experience with data management platforms (DMPs) and customer data platforms (CDPs).
