We are seeking a Project Manager and CRM Dynamics System Analyst for a leading financial company located in central Israel.
Responsibilities:
-Lead and manage CRM Dynamics projects from initiation to successful delivery
-Conduct system analysis and translate business needs into technical requirements
-Provide solutions and improvements to optimize CRM processes
-Work closely with business stakeholders and development teams
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in project management and CRM Dynamics system analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems / Industrial Engineering and Management
- Experience working with project management software – advantage
- Familiarity with SQL database – advantage
- Experience from financial / insurance companies – advantage
