Information System Specialist

We are looking for an Information Systems Specialist with strong SQL expertise and the ability to bridge the gap between Human Resources and Information Systems.

This role involves system analysis, implementation, maintenance, advanced report development, and active participation in BI system implementation (Tableau).

Responsibilities:

·HR Information Systems Implementation and Maintenance:

oCollecting business requirements from end users and writing functional specifications for external vendors.

oConducting system testing after development and implementing solutions.

oProviding user training and ongoing technical support.

·Data Retrieval and Report Development:

oDeveloping complex reports in SQL (including window functions, CTEs, and subqueries).

oCreating Views for various organizational needs.

oWriting scripts and interfaces between HR systems and other enterprise systems.

·Business Intelligence (BI):

oDefining HR requirements and building Tableau dashboards.

oConducting BI testing, providing feedback, and coordinating with the BI team.

oMigrating existing reports to Tableau and consolidating them into a unified database.

Requirements:

·Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management (Information Systems specialization) / Information Systems / Practical Engineer in Information Systems with at least 2 years of experience – required.

·Full proficiency in SQL – required.

·Full proficiency in MS Office, with advanced Excel skills – required; experience with Power Query – an advantage.

·Experience or familiarity with BI systems, especially Tableau – an advantage.

·Strong prioritization skills, ability to work under pressure, sense of responsibility, and a proactive mindset.

·Full proficiency in Hebrew (reading and writing) – required.

·Willingness to work overtime as needed
