We're hiring a dynamic and versatile Innovation Operations Manager to join our Innovation & Research team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats. You'll work directly with our I&R Director, supporting critical initiatives including our startup accelerator program, advanced technology adoption, and internal innovation projects.

You'll make a difference by:

• Delivering AI-powered insights by designing and executing surveys, transforming data into actionable reports, and creating dynamic dashboards to track innovation metrics and KPIs.
• Driving operational efficiency by serving as program manager for key internal processes, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with strategic goals.
• Supporting operational excellence by managing key reporting workflows, collecting and analyzing feedback, and providing strategic executive support across evolving initiatives.
• Creating impactful communications through visually engaging presentations and slide decks developed from conceptual briefs.
• Leading technology scouting and innovation efforts by staying ahead of emerging tools—especially in AI and automation—and acting as an early adopter within the team.
• Maintaining deep expertise in the tech landscape, continuously exploring and testing new solutions to drive forward-thinking strategies and innovation.
• Streamlining operations through automation by mapping segment-wide activities, identifying inefficiencies, and designing solutions to eliminate manual processes.
• Boosting team productivity by proposing and implementing creative workflow enhancements that simplify reporting and improve overall efficiency.
  
  

Your success is grounded in:

• Experience with survey design and AI-powered analytics tools
• Excellent presentation creation and design skills
• Experience or keen interest in AI tools and automation technologies
• Experience with no-code/low-code platforms and "vibe coding" tools (Base44, Lovable, etc.)
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and platforms
• Solid project management skills for handling executive priorities and reporting workflows
• Deep curiosity about technology trends and emerging innovations
• Superb communication skills and attention to detail
