We're Hiring: Senior AI Developer – Agentic AI Solutions

Are you passionate about building next-generation AI systems that drive real business impact? Join our growing Agentic AI team as a Senior AI Developer and help architect and develop intelligent, production-grade agents and RAG systems that transform how enterprises operate.

What You’ll Do:

Design and develop scalable agentic AI solutions using LangGraph and similar frameworks

Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems with a focus on reliability and performance

Architect multi-step reasoning workflows that connect with internal APIs and enterprise systems

Collaborate with product, engineering, and DevOps teams to bring AI solutions to production

Ensure compliance with enterprise-grade security and governance standards

Mentor junior developers and promote best practices in AI development

What We’re Looking For:

3–5 years of experience in software development, with proven expertise in AI/ML - Must

Strong Python skills, including asynchronous programming patterns - Must

Hands-on experience integrating with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, ) - Must

Solid understanding of vector databases, embedding models, and RAG workflows - Must

Familiarity with API integrations and enterprise software architecture - Must

Experience with LangChain or LangGraph (or similar agent frameworks) - Must

Knowledge of prompt engineering, AI ethics, and AI governance - Must

Exposure to MLOps, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) - Must
