What you’ll do

Lead NPI projects from the design stage through full-scale production
Identify, track, communicate, and resolve issues, risks, and required actions
Perform process validations (IQ/OQ/PQ) in line with requirements
Raise challenges, resource needs, and support requests early to improve processes
Identify potential project risks and implement strategies to reduce their impact

Requirements

B.Sc. in Mechanical / Biomedical / Industrial & Management / Chemical Engineering – a must
7 years’ experience leading NPI projects in the medical device industry – a must
Hands-on experience with process and equipment validations – a must
High level of English – a must
Familiarity with medical quality and regulatory standards – advantage
