AI Developer - Agentic AI Solutions 5305

We’re looking for a Senior AI Developer to join our agentic AI team and build production-grade AI agents that deliver business value across multiple units. The role includes designing and implementing advanced ReAct agents, RAG systems, and automation workflows integrated into our enterprise stack.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop scalable agentic AI solutions using LangGraph and related frameworks

• Build and optimize RAG systems (chunking, retrieval, evaluation) with focus on accuracy and performance

• Design multi-step reasoning workflows integrated with enterprise APIs

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn business needs into scalable AI tools

• Ensure compliance with enterprise security and governance standards

• Optimize cost and performance across multiple LLM providers

• Mentor junior developers and contribute to AI best practices

• Support reliable production deployments with DevOps teams

Requirements:

• BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

• 3–5 years of software development with proven AI/ML expertise

• Strong Python skills and experience in async programming

• Hands-on with LLM integrations (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, etc.)

• Experience with vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval optimization

• Solid knowledge of enterprise architecture and API integration

• Understanding of AI governance, security, and ethical AI principles

• Familiarity with prompt engineering and LLM optimization

Preferred:

• Experience with LangChain/LangGraph, MCP, and agent frameworks

• Background in ML model fine-tuning and training pipelines

• Previous enterprise AI agent development experience

• Cloud experience (AWS/GCP/Azure), containerization, and MLOps practices
