Job Requirements

- 2+ years of experience as a Group Leader, managing multiple teams and leaders in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
- Proven experience in platform, ecosystem, or extensibility domains, building APIs, SDKs, developer tools, or identity systems.
- Strong architectural and technical background with scalable web and cloud-based systems.
- Excellent people leadership skills. Able to inspire, mentor, and grow managers and technical leads.
- Demonstrated ability to connect technical strategy with business impact.
- Independent, resourceful, and proactive team player with a strong desire to drive impact across product, platform, and customer experience.
- Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English.The following are a big plus
- Experience leading developer platforms, marketplaces, or extensibility ecosystems.
- Background in API design, integration frameworks, or open developer tooling.
- Experience with AI-driven or agentic application frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with AWS or equivalent large-scale cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with both backend and frontend technologies (e.g., Kotlin, Java, TypeScript).

What will you do?

A scale-up with an amazing culture and bright, resourceful people across Tel Aviv, London, Amsterdam, New York, and Sydney.We’re looking for a group lead to the Open Platform group, to lead one of HiBob’s core platform groups. responsible for making Bob an open, secure, and scalable ecosystem.The Open Platform Group owns and drives HiBob’s platform extensibility, identity infrastructure, and operational scale agendas. It builds the tools and frameworks that empower external developers and partners to integrate with, build on, and extend the Bob platform securely and seamlessly. As the strategic owner of the Open Platform initiative, the group is leading the transformation of HiBob’s platform into a developer-friendly ecosystem, in close collaboration with all R&D teams.As the Open Platform Group Lead, you will:
- Define and lead the Open Platform strategy, turning Bob into a composable ecosystem of integrations and applications built by partners, customers, and developers.
- Lead and mentor multiple team leaders and tech leads across the group, fostering high performance, strong ownership, and alignment to HiBob’s platform vision.
- Oversee the group’s core teams and agendas:
    Marketplace - owns the Marketplace app, partner portal, app discovery, installation, and deployment experience.
    Extensibility - delivers the open APIs, webhooks, SDKs, documentation, and the Bob Make no-code/AI framework for embedded extensions.
    Identification - manages authentication, authorization, SSO, IDP integrations, and permission management across all surfaces.
    Operations - Empower HiBob’s business growth by building the foundational systems that power lifecycle automation, enable monetization, and streamline internal operations.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Business Development, and other R&D groups to grow HiBob’s partner and developer ecosystem.
- Champion developer experience and AI enablement, ensuring extensibility is secure, scalable, and simple to build upon.
