Senior Product Manager

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager with proven experience in designing user experiences for B2C or B2B2C products—preferably in the Fintech space.

The right candidate understands the complexity of financial products and brings a user-centered mindset to solving real-world challenges. You should be able to translate both customer needs and business goals into intuitive, seamless product experiences and lead end-to-end this product domain

Responsibilities at a high level:

● Take full ownership of the customer experience as well as all financial system integrations across platforms.

● Lead the product development process end-to-end, from ideation to launch, in a fast-paced agile environment.

● Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, support, and business 

leadership, to align on goals and execution.

● Define and write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to ensure smooth 

development and timely, high-quality releases.

● Manage and prioritize the product backlog, lead sprint planning, and conduct sprint reviews to drive continuous delivery.

● Define and track key product KPIs to monitor performance, inform decision-making, and guide product 

improvements.

Preliminary requirements and skills:

● Over 5 years of experience in product management with proven experience in designing user experiences for B2C or B2B2C products

● Hands-on experience with financial systems or fintech products, and astrong understanding of the complexities of the financial domain - Advantage

● Deep knowledge of product development methodologies and best practices

● Strong technical proficiency, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills
