Information Security Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Information Security Administrator to join our Cybersecurity Division. This role serves as a key point of contact between the security team and end-users, system managers, and IT stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with enterprise-grade security tools and a strong understanding of organizational risk management.

• Act as a POC for end-users and system managers regarding cybersecurity matters.
• Handle routine security requests such as access permissions, phishing investigations, email release approvals, and software installations.
• Investigate daily alerts from organizational security tools, including suspicious user or endpoint activity.
• Manage and maintain the organization’s Risk Reduction Program across IT assets.
• Monitor and guide architectural and application-level configurations of cybersecurity systems.
• Implement recommendations for infrastructure improvements (e.g., AD, FW, cloud environments).
• Generate monthly metrics and reports from security tools.
• Manage and approve Exception to Policy requests across all cybersecurity platforms.

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role within a large enterprise or IT services company.
• Hands-on experience with security tools such as Defender, DLP, Firewalls, XDR (advantage).
• Strong understanding of IT architecture (networks, servers, security).
• Experience in investigating security incidents and handling exceptions (e.g., email releases, DLP exclusions).
• Ability to write technical documentation and provide clear guidance to technical teams.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure – an advantage.
• High-level English – both written and verbal.
