Sales Division Economist – Temporary Position (6–9 months with option to extend)

We’re hiring a Sales Division Economist to join our commercial team and support sales operations through strategic economic analysis and business insights. This is a temporary role for 6–9 months, with potential for extension.

🔍 Responsibilities:

• Analyze sales and revenue performance across channels, regions, products, and customers
• Generate insights from data to support strategic decisions
• Prepare ongoing reports and compare actuals vs. budget and forecast
• Identify trends, gaps, and anomalies
• Build seasonal and product-level sales forecasts
• Collaborate with trade, marketing, and sales teams to update forecasts
• Analyze discounts and commercial commitments
• Monitor discount levels and ensure accurate financial reporting
• Evaluate profitability of promotions and commercial offers
• Prepare materials for management and commercial forums

🎯 Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics – mandatory
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role – mandatory
• High proficiency in Excel – mandatory
• Experience with systems such as SAP BI or Power BI – advantage
• Strong analytical skills and business orientation
