Job Description:

• Work closely with the legal department and various internal stakeholders, while maintaining direct interfaces with external partners in Israel and abroad.
• Implement compliance procedures (KYC, AML) and manage due diligence processes with banks and international business partners.
• Prepare and review legal documents, support international transactions, and assist in corporate organizational projects.
• Provide administrative and legal support to the Corporate Secretary: draft board and shareholder meeting minutes, maintain and update corporate records, and submit reports to regulatory authorities.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Legal Assistant / Paralegal / Back Office in a law firm, bank, capital market entity, or international company.
• Hands-on experience with KYC and internal compliance procedures.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, sense of responsibility, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Professional appearance, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to operate in a dynamic, international environment.
• Full command of Microsoft Office (especially Excel) – must.
• Excellent English (spoken and written) – must.
