About The Role

You're Good At

• Managing multiple events simultaneously, all while staying cool under pressure.
• Communicating clearly and effectively with clients and service providers to ensure seamless execution.
• Crafting engaging registration websites and managing all attendee communications.
• Negotiating contracts like a pro and making sure every detail is top-notch.
• Handling budgeting and finances with precision and a keen eye for detail.

• A degree in a related field or equivalent experience in meeting planning.
• Two years of experience showcasing your event planning brilliance.
• Strong negotiation skills that lead to fantastic deals and partnerships.

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Small Meeting Manager is between $55,000 - $65,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
