We are looking for an Operations & Research Manager to join our Pricing & Packaging (P&P) team. This is a high-impact role - you will play a pivotal part in one of monday.com's most strategic teams, driving growth and operational excellence through a combination of pricing strategy, data-driven insights, and a focus on AI-driven decision-making.

About The Role

Own P&P strategic and analytical conceptualization and delivery:

• Be insight-driven - research and identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies, mainly around AI pricing & packaging strategies
• Identify opportunities to optimize and to inform strategic decisions that impact the company's bottom line
• Use analytics tools to analyze and model, and simulate potential revenue impact, with different packaging structures
• Translate strategic P&P initiatives into actionable project plans & deliverables
• Drive cross-company projects to implement new offerings, packages, and pricing models, mainly around AI, across our internal systems
  
  

• Manage end-to-end implementation of P&P initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
• Partner with technical stakeholders to integrate AI pricing engines, dynamic discounting policies, and automated approval processes into core systems
• Coordinate with Product and Sales teams to seamlessly integrate pricing strategies into product launches and go-to-market execution
• Continuously identify and drive operational excellence across existing offerings and internal processes
• Develop strong partnerships with multiple functions within monday.com, such as Product Managers, Business GTM Leaders and Sales, Finance, Billing, Program Managers, PMMs, Analysts, and more
  
  

• 3+ years of proven experience in Strategy and Operations or Analytics roles
• B2B SaaS company experience and/or P&P strategy - advantage
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects from inception to delivery
• Curious, independent, rigorous, and proactive/ pusher kind of person, with ability to ask as well as answer
• Deep understanding of numbers and business sense - strong analytical, problem-solving and operational skills
• Excellent people and communication skills - ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels
• Background in Strategic Consulting - advantage
• BSc/BA in quantitative fields (i.e., Engineering /Economy /Physics)
• Fluent English
