About the role

We’re hiring a Head of Machine Learning to define and lead Tweezr’s ML strategy. You’ll guide our research and productization of AI for mainframe and legacy systems, build and scale the ML team, and work closely with engineering and product leadership.

What you bring

• 6+ years in ML/Data Science, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Expertise in LLMs, generative AI, and ML workflows.
• Proven track record in managing and scaling ML teams.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Strong expertise in large-scale ML systems.
• M.Sc. / PhD in Computer Science or related fields.
• Hands-on experience in model development and deployment pipelines.
• Proven experience in taking ML products to production, building ML data pipelines, and creating assessment frameworks.

Nice to have

• Fintech, enterprise software, or systems programming experience.
• Deep Familiarity with LLM evaluation, safety, and optimization.
• Prior experience architecting ML platforms in production.
