Information Systems Implementer

Be2See is seeking an Information Systems Implementer with excellent customer service orientation and the ability to work collaboratively with clients, users, and technology partners.

This role involves full responsibility for operating and implementing the Campaign Management system, including upgrades, troubleshooting, implementing new interfaces based on business needs, and providing support to the system's business users.

The role also includes working with APIs to develop and maintain data and system integrations across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with multiple teams, including users, development, application teams, infrastructure, and helpdesk.
• Developing and supporting integrations with other systems, such as DWH, CRM, Web, Applications, and BI.
• Working with APIs (including REST) for system-to-system communication and integration.
• Managing and coordinating IT vendors for system services and support.
• Utilizing ticketing systems to manage and resolve issues.

Requirements:

• Relevant bachelor's degree.
• Experience working with databases.
• Over two years of experience writing complex SQL queries.
• Over two years of experience working in an IT department of a large organization and/or in IT services companies.
• Experience working with APIs (REST/SOAP) and system integration processes.
• Hands-on experience in writing both functional and technical specifications.
• Experience with Linux-based environments and familiarity with AWS cloud services.
• Hands-on experience working with Talend for data integration and transformation.
• Experience in business and systems analysis – ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Familiarity with Campaign Management systems – an advantage.
