Job Description:
- Analyze new investment opportunities in real estate, consumer and business credit – primarily in the U.S. and Europe.
- Conduct real estate valuations, analyze financial models, and prepare financial forecasts.
- Assess the economic feasibility of transactions and build analytical frameworks to support investment decisions.
- Prepare materials for investment committees.
Full-time position, Sunday–Thursday, with overtime as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a finance-related field (CPA after internship – an advantage).
- Proven experience performing valuations for international real estate transactions – mandatory.
- High-level English proficiency (spoken, written, and reading).
- Strong command of Excel.
- U.S. real estate appraiser license – significant advantage.
Personal Skills:
- Strong analytical thinking.
- Attention to detail and ability to dive deep into analysis.
- Willingness to work hard under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
- Ability to work independently and learn quickly.
