CTO – ELINT Systems Manager

CTO – ELINT Systems Manager | Ashdod, Israel | IAI – ELTA Systems

We are looking for a CTO to lead ELINT Systems Management at ELTA.

The position includes:

• Leading all aspects of processing and fusion centers within management, from defining future product lines to implementing development plans and overseeing engineering processes.
• Analyzing customer requirements and operational needs, defining system specifications and interfaces, and supporting development processes.
• Working closely with customers and system integration teams during development and delivery phases, including several international trips per year.
• Leading algorithmic efforts and collaborating with intelligence processing and fusion centers.

What we’re looking for:

• BSc degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or Software Engineering – required.
• MSc degree in Systems Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Computer Science – an advantage.
• At least 8 years of experience in systems engineering or lead product management – required.
• Background in intelligence systems (ELINT/COMINT, etc.) – required.
• Experience in algorithm development – required.
• CTO experience – an advantage.
• Former elite technology unit veterans in engineering or operational roles – an advantage.
• High proficiency in English – written, spoken, and reading.
• Willingness to work overtime and travel internationally 3–4 times per year.
• Strong leadership skills, flexibility, organizational ability, self-learning capability, and excellent interpersonal skills.
