🌍 Global IT Manager – Leading International Company (Discreet Search)

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Global IT Manager to lead the company’s worldwide IT operations — from infrastructure and cybersecurity to cloud systems and global support.

This is a senior leadership role combining strategic vision with strong hands-on expertise, offering significant impact on the company’s global technology roadmap.

• Strategic & Technological Leadership:
• Define and implement the company’s global IT strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and smooth coordination between international offices.
• Infrastructure & Global Projects:
• Oversee IT systems across all regions – servers, networks, cloud, and cybersecurity. Lead large-scale, cross-country IT projects including system upgrades and cloud migrations.
• Team Management:
• Directly manage a local team of 2 IT professionals in Israel and oversee a global IT organization of approximately 40 professionals worldwide.
• Foster collaboration across regions, set global standards, and ensure high service quality.
• Support & Service Delivery:
• Supervise local and global helpdesk operations, define global SLAs, and drive continuous service improvement.
• Cybersecurity & Compliance:
• Establish and enforce global security policies (GDPR, ISO, SOC 2), promote a security-first culture, and lead employee training initiatives.

• 5+ years of proven experience in senior IT management roles, including global team leadership.
• Background in Forex, Gaming, or Online Casino industries – strong advantage.
• Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP), and cybersecurity.
• Hands-on experience leading international IT projects and complex system implementations.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills; able to balance strategic direction with practical execution.
• Fluent English (additional languages – advantage).
• Academic background in Computer Science / Software Engineering / Information Systems.
• Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, CCNP, MCSA, AWS/Azure) – an advantage.
