This is a part-time remote role for a Recruitment Manager .

The Recruitment Manager will oversee the entire recruitment cycle — from sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels to conducting interviews and coordinating with hiring managers to ensure alignment with role requirements.

A key part of this role includes using our Innervue video interview analytics platform to assess candidates and provide structured feedback.

In addition, the Recruitment Manager will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, understanding their hiring needs, and helping them use Innervue to recruit efficiently and intelligently.

• Manage the full recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and follow-up
• Publish and promote open roles on relevant platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.)
• Conduct candidate interviews using the Innervue platform
• Provide data-driven feedback to hiring managers
• Develop relationships with new and existing clients to expand recruitment opportunities
• Understand client needs and match them with suitable candidates
• Maintain accurate records of candidates, interviews, and client communications

• Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or candidate sourcing
• Skilled in conducting interviews and evaluating candidate suitability
• Familiarity with video interview tools and analytics-based assessments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience working with clients or B2B recruitment is a strong advantage
• Prior experience in the technology industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
