As we expand, we're looking for a Senior Marketing Data Analyst to join our great team.
As a Senior Marketing Data Analyst, you will lead the analytics of the company’s marketing department. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decisions, uncover insights, and improve marketing performance at scale. You will be using advanced statistical analysis techniques and dashboarding tools. You will help us make smart, data-driven decisions, and support the company's growth.
Responsibilities:
- Define, track, and analyze key success metrics to measure the impact of marketing activities and optimize performance.
- Design and implement advanced BI reports and features to generate actionable insights (e.g., LTV, ROI forecasting, automation).
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on marketing trends, user acquisition, and engagement to uncover growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the game analytics team and studios to refine player experience and maximize retention.
- Present data-driven findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, influencing key business decisions.
- Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to support data-driven decision-making and recommend accordingly
- Define analytics and table schemes for marketing.
- Build dashboards and monitor important marketing KPIs.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis in gaming (or a similar data-driven environment).
- 3+ years of experience in SQL (DBT- advantage).
- BA/BSC degree in Economics, statistics, industrial engineering, mathematics, or any other quantitative field.
- Experience working with mobile measurement partners (Appsflyer - strong advantage).
- Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights using BI tools (e.g. Tableau, QlikView, Looker, etc. Looker- advantage).
- Experience working with GCP - advantage
- Scripting capabilities with Python - advantage
