Electronic Warfare Technician

Electronic Warfare (EW) Systems Marketer | Central District | IAI – ELTA Division

We are looking for an Electronic Warfare (EW) Systems Marketer with an engineering background to join the Marketing and Business Development team at IAI’s ELTA Division.

The position includes:

• Working as part of the marketing management team

• Engaging with strategic customers in Israel and abroad

• Leading end-to-end marketing processes – customer presentations, response to tenders, preparation of technical and financial proposals

• Managing interfaces with internal departments – engineering, finance, and legal – to provide customer solutions and meet project requirements

What we’re looking for:

• At least 5 years of proven experience in marketing complex technological systems – required

• Academic degree in engineering – required

• Excellent presentation and public speaking skills – required

• High proficiency in English – required

• Military background in Electronic Warfare (EW) systems – advantage

• Experience in the defense market and in SIGINT/EW systems – advantage

• Experience in product management in technology companies – advantage

• MBA – advantage

• Strong teamwork and independent work skills

• Willingness to travel abroad as needed
