We are hiring an Assembly Technician

The position involves hands-on work in an advanced, high-tech environment, collaborating with engineers, integrators, and quality teams.

• Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and upgrades on eVTOL aircraft, with emphasis on structural components.
• Identify structural issues and implement solutions using manual and digital tools.
• Work with composite materials, aerospace metals, and structural adhesives.
• Read, understand, and apply technical drawings, specifications, and manufacturer instructions.
• Collaborate with various teams (engineering, integration, systems, electrical, etc.).
• Support pre-flight assembly during the testing phase.

• Certified technician or practical engineer in aeronautics, mechanical engineering, or structures.
• At least 5 years of experience as an aircraft technician, preferably in structures.
• Proficiency in reading technical drawings and aviation documentation.
• Experience working with composite materials (lamination, repairs, cutting, etc.).

• Familiarity with electric aircraft, drones, or unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV/UAM).
• Relevant certifications, such as Composite Technician.
