Marketing Operations Specialist

We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to join a startup located in Herzliya. If you’re organized, data-driven, and excited about building and optimizing the systems that power modern marketing—this role is for you.

Role Overview:

· Manage and execute email campaigns end-to-end: setup, testing, segmentation, delivery, and reporting.

· Maintain and optimize workflows, lead scoring, and automation programs in HubSpot and Salesforce.

· Support the marketing team in campaign setup across digital channels (landing pages, forms, A/B tests, tracking, etc).

· Ensure data quality across CRM and marketing automation platforms, including list hygiene and enrichment.

· Partner with sales and product to align lead routing, qualification, and reporting.

· Track campaign performance, create dashboards, and surface insights that drive better decision-making.

· Stay current on marketing tech trends and suggest tools or processes to improve efficiency.

Requirements:

· 2-3 years of experience in marketing operations or a related role.

· Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce (certifications a plus).

· Comfortable working with data - segmentation, reporting, and pulling insights (a plus).

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Fluent/Native level of English

· Curiosity to learn new tools, processes, and best practices quickly.

· Ability to collaborate across teams (marketing, sales, product) and communicate clearly.
