What does the role include?

- Full ownership of the employee life cycle, from onboarding to offboarding

- Ongoing HR support including employee welfare and providing professional HR guidance to employees and managers

- Collaborating with multiple internal and external stakeholders, including frequent field visits to employees and client sites

What are we looking for?

- Bachelor’s degree – mandatory

- At least one year of experience as an HR Coordinator – mandatory

- Knowledge of labor laws and experience in drafting employment contracts – an advantage

- Previous experience in service/placement/outsourcing companies – significant advantage

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, strong interpersonal skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a high level of service orientation
