About Us

We are a well-funded AI startup, founded by a team of ex-8200 veterans, operating in stealth mode. We’re building an agentic AI platform for cybersecurity teams, and transforming cybersecurity operations by empowering teams with intelligent AI-driven capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead R&D and development strategy: own the vision and execution of our development roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and product strategy.
• Build and scale the engineering team: recruit, mentor, and grow a top-tier engineering organization from scratch.
• Drive execution excellence: oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of production-grade systems.
• Hands-on leadership: stay close to the code and architecture, ensuring best practices in software engineering, scalability, and security.
• Cross-functional collaboration: work closely with product, AI, and operations teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
• Technology ownership: make strategic decisions around architecture, infrastructure, tooling, and processes.
• Quality and reliability: enforce rigorous standards for code quality, CI/CD, testing, and system resilience.
• Innovation mindset: identify and integrate cutting-edge technologies that advance our platform.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven leadership: 10+ years in software engineering, with at least 5 years in senior management (Director, VP, or Head of Development/R&D).
• Team builder: track record of hiring and scaling high-performing engineering teams.
• Technical depth: strong background in modern cloud environments, distributed systems, microservices, APIs, and DevOps.
• Cybersecurity background is a strong advantage—especially in secure development, enterprise-scale systems, or SOC-related platforms.
• Startup DNA: thrives in fast-moving, high-ownership environments.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• BSc/BA in Computer Science or equivalent required; advanced degree a plus.
