Job Description

• Help shape the functional and visual design of our product.
• Deliver outstanding experiences by running the full design cycle: research, ideation, validation, pixel-perfect UI design, delivery, and post-launch testing.
• Collaborate in an agile environment with PMs, developers, illustrators, and management.
• Design a variety of assets including presentations, one-pagers, newsletters, sales kits, case studies, and more.
• Join a close-knit team of ~20 talented, friendly colleagues who love sharing knowledge and skills.

Requirements

• 2+ years of UX and UI design experience, ideally in product teams.
• Strong understanding of UX patterns and the product lifecycle—from research to prototyping, design, and beyond.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills, with curiosity and a drive to learn.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, a sharp eye for detail, and a commitment to pixel-perfect design.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to quickly grasp large, complex systems.
• A true team player, dedicated to collective success.
