We combine engineering, manufacturing, and field execution to bring smarter, faster, and more efficient building solutions to the Israeli market.

This is a senior strategic leadership role for an entrepreneurial, results-driven professional to join a young and dynamic company at a critical growth stage.

The Deputy CEO will work directly with the founder & CEO to lead the company’s next growth phase — scaling operations, driving strategy, managing business development, and overseeing key projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and lead operational growth, including production, project execution, and new business channels.
• Take an active role in strategic planning, financial structuring, and expansion.
• Build and lead teams, manage cross-functional processes, and strengthen company infrastructure.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and developers on large-scale modular construction projects.
• Represent the company in partnerships, investor meetings, and industry events.

• Proven experience in industrial, construction, or manufacturing leadership roles.
• Strong business and operational management capabilities.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to execute hands-on.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with modular construction, steel framing, or real estate development — a strong advantage.
• Fluent in English and Hebrew — both spoken and written (must).
• Entrepreneurial mindset, high personal drive, and long-term growth vision.
