About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on Delivery Manager to ensure that new features and technical outputs from our development teams are successfully delivered, adopted, and embedded into the business. This role will ensure that new features create real impact in the field. You will serve as the critical link between development and the business, ensuring seamless communication, rollout, and adoption of features across the organization.

Responsibilities

· Responsible to deliver technical solutions, overseeing implementation and embedding into business processes within required timelines.

· Take a hands-on role in monitoring delivery progress, addressing risks, and removing obstacles to ensure developed products and features are successfully rolled out, adopted, and generates value.

· Participate in regular syncs and maintain clear documentation and reporting for all stakeholders to support transparency and organizational alignment.

· Communicate delivery status and next steps to all relevant stakeholders across the organization.

· Monitor KPIs and usage data to evaluate feature adoption, effectiveness, and business value.

· reports directly to VPR&D.

Requirements

· 5+ years of experience as a Delivery Manager / Project Manager in a technology-driven environment.

· BA degree in Computer Science/Engineering

· Experience with agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Asana, or Notion.

· Problem-solver with a “think outside the box” mindset and ability to close gaps across functions.

· Proven experience working with diverse stakeholders, with excellent communication and coordination skills.

· Strong analytical skills with experience tracking KPIs and drawing actionable insights.

· Early adoption of technologies in general and AI tools in particular

· Adaptable and able to work in a rapidly changing environment.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.

Bonus Points

· PMP or Agile certification

· Experience in logistics or supply chain tech

· Familiarity with product development cycles
