We’re looking for a highly creative and organized Content Marketing & Social Media Manager to lead our content efforts and manage our brand’s online presence.

As the voice of MozoAI across channels, you'll create compelling content, manage social media, collaborate with PR and partnership teams, and ensure our brand stands out in a competitive space.

Responsibilities:

• Content Creation & SEO: Write, edit, and optimize high-quality blog content that resonates with consumer audiences and ranks on search engines. Own the content calendar from ideation to publication.
• Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence including planning, posting, engagement, and performance tracking.
• Market Research: Stay on top of cybersecurity trends, scams, and consumer concerns to produce timely and relevant content.
• Brand Voice & Messaging: Develop consistent brand voice and messaging across all platforms and touchpoints.
• PR & Partnerships: Collaborate with external PR and partnership agencies to amplify content reach and secure earned media opportunities.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Performance Marketing, and Design to ensure content is aligned with strategic goals and supported by the right assets.

Requirements:

• English speaker with exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Proven experience managing B2C brand content and social media.
• Experience in tech, cybersecurity, or consumer SaaS is a strong advantage.
• Experience in managing SEO in blogs and web content.
• Comfortable analyzing trends and turning research into insightful, value-driven content.
• Highly organized, proactive, and self-directed able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
