The Program Manager is the connective tissue that keeps work flowing with speed and quality, aligning designers and stakeholders around crisp plans, expectations, and outcomes.

About The Role

We’re looking for a Program Manager to lead Design Operations end-to-end—from brief to delivery. In this role, you’ll run the operating cadence for a global creative team, own the intake and prioritization process, and coordinate closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Design. You’ll bring structure to creative work without stifling it: clear briefs, transparent timelines, measurable KPIs, and smooth handoffs. Your work ensures the right projects ship on time, to spec, and with real business impact.

What You’ll Do

• Orchestrate day-to-day workflows across the design studio; balance capacity, run weekly planning, and keep the roadmap current.
• Own the Creative board in Asana: triage requests, clarify briefs, define priorities and due dates, and track status through delivery.
• Partner with global stakeholders (primarily U.S.) in Marketing, Growth, Sales, and Product to turn business needs into actionable creative plans and timelines.
• Establish operating cadences—intake, kickoffs, reviews, approvals, retrospectives—and codify SLAs from brief to handoff.
• Lead vendor operations: NDAs, onboarding, scopes, content coordination, deliverables tracking, and invoice alignment to budget.
• Define and track KPIs for design projects (throughput, cycle time, on-time delivery, rework rate, stakeholder satisfaction); publish clear reports.
• Build internal communication formats and knowledge repositories: weekly updates, quarterly reviews, playbooks, and templates.
• Support formal planning and optimization: annual and quarterly plans, resource modeling, process-improvement experiments, and post-mortems.
• Proactively surface risks, remove blockers, and drive crisp, timely communication across time zones.
  
  

• ⁠3+ years in creative operations, PMO, marketing operations, or design program management in a fast-paced environment.
• Mastery of project management tools (Asana required) and spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets); able to build dashboards and status views.
• Demonstrated success coordinating global stakeholders and vendors; excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Strong process design and change-management skills; can zoom from big picture to detail and back.
• Ownership mindset: proactive, organized, and unafraid to raise flags early and drive decisions.
• Flexibility to collaborate with U.S.-based teams and join occasional evening calls.
  
  

• Experience in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity.
• Familiarity with Jira, Notion/Confluence, or similar knowledge-management tools.
• Hands-on exposure to creative/brand/design workflows; know what a good brief and review cycle looks like.
