Production Line Engineer

What you’ll do:

• Provide day-to-day engineering support on the production line
• Troubleshoot real-time technical issues and support production & assembly teams
• Write and maintain engineering work instructions and test procedures
• Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate closely with R&D, Quality, and Logistics to ensure product quality and availability
• Drive knowledge transfer from development to production, including full product documentation and production package setup
• Work under aerospace standards, including cleanroom environments and collaboration with quality inspectors

What you bring:

• B.Sc. in Electronics Engineering – mandatory
• Proven experience in system integration – mandatory
• Strong technical English – mandatory
• Experience with Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) involving R&D, Quality, and Logistics – mandatory
• Practical experience in PCB manufacturing, circuit assembly, and production floor processes – mandatory
• Hands-on experience with test and measurement equipment (oscilloscopes, power supplies, ATE) – mandatory
• Experience in Board Design – strong advantage
