Cyber Security Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager in Cybersecurity to lead large-scale client engagements, consulting services, and implementation projects. This role requires strong leadership, client-facing experience, and the ability to drive complex initiatives from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage strategic client engagements from initiation to successful delivery.

Define project scope, priorities, timelines, activities, and deliverables – ensuring high-quality results on time and within budget.

Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders, gather feedback, lead workshops, and coordinate deliverables.

Drive cross-functional collaboration to resolve challenges, mitigate risks, and support change management.

Produce detailed project documentation including project plans, risk management plans, and status reports.

Track communications, follow up on open requests, and ensure timely resolutions.

Partner with clients to build success roadmaps and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience managing projects in the cybersecurity domain.

Minimum 2 years of experience working with enterprise-level clients.

Strong executive presence with the ability to engage both technical teams and senior management.

Technical background in IT or Cloud.

Pre-sales, post-sales, or customer success experience – advantage.

Qualifications:

Strong project/program management and organizational skills.

Solid understanding of cybersecurity processes and practices.

Ability to translate technology and cybersecurity concepts into business context.

Budget and resource management experience.

Proven ability to prepare client proposals.

Excellent communication and presentation skills in Hebrew and English.

Ability to balance big-picture strategy with detailed execution.

Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.

Customer-centric mindset with the ability to design tailored workflows to meet client goals.
