Project Operations Engineer

In this role, you’ll serve as the main focal point for project operations - supporting the end-to-end lifecycle, from handling project requests and updating data in SAP, through coordinating requirements with procurement, to preparing price proposals and ensuring project progress.

This is a hands-on, data-driven, and highly operational position - perfect for an engineer with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a desire to grow within a professional, structured, and impactful organization.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and update project data in SAP (requirements, timelines, deliverables).
• Process and monitor project requests and transfer them to procurement.
• Prepare price proposals and track project costs.
• Perform inventory control and follow up on material status.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, planning, and engineering teams.
• Serve as the main point of contact (POC) for all project-related activities.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering – mandatory.
• 1–3 years of experience in an operational / planning / PMO / procurement role.
• Experience working with SAP – significant advantage.
• Strong Excel & analytical skills.
• High attention to detail, accountability, and ability to multitask.
• Familiarity with a technical or engineering environment – advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in Hebrew & English.
