We are hiring an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Team Leader for a healthcare organization located in central Israel.
Responsibilities:
-Lead and manage a technical team responsible for identity and access infrastructure
-Design, implement, and maintain secure and scalable IAM solutions
-Develop and maintain advanced automation scripts to support identity lifecycle processes
-Oversee daily operations, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of identity services
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience working with Microsoft infrastructure, including Entra ID
- Proven experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) environments
- Experience managing a technical team
- Experience writing complex PowerShell scripts
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 systems such as OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint Online, and Active Directory
